I'm a avid long distance night runner and evaluate a lot of products to find those that will give me the edge along my journey. I purchased the GoMotion with great expectations and was very excited to test it as soon as it arrived. it was packaged well with everything that you need to get started.. I immediately headed for the hills to test the belt.. As I set out on my first run I immediately noticed that the light cast a shadow way different than a handheld or a headlamp, I figured that was normal due to positioning, angle and lumens so I continued to test.. The lighting was good once I adapted to the shadow casting, but it wasn't to long before I start realizing I was adjusting the belt on my hips every 4-5 strides in my run. I tried every position I could on my body putting in lower on the hips then higher.. to no avail it would not stay in place for me.. I actually got frustrated enough that I turned back and gave up on it for running.. I did test it on a night hike which seemed OK, but as a runners aid it did not work for me.. with that said, others with a different physical build may like it.
