Not good. Don't buy this, mine lasted only 1 week. I wore it while I bike to work and go to the gym. I am not a big guy and I don't have big arms, yet with in a week the Velcro on the arm band had torn away. I tried super glue and duct tape, but nothing worked. This thing is a waste of your time. It's also impossible to use the touch screen through the thick plastic window.
