I am a personal trainer and I use a 25 pound set of Reebok selectable weights for my in-house training, but I wanted a heavier set for myself. I did a lot of research before purchasing from Bayou Fitness and I have been 100% satisfied with the dumbbells that I received. Good quality, Sharp look, secure and easy weight adjustment. It DOES adjust in 5 pound increments, although the weight is slightly unbalanced when you do so. I do not find this to be a problem, in fact it adds to the muscle confusion that leads to strength gains. I would and have recommended these weights to my clients.
