Upon picking up the package, I was surprised at its weight. On opening, I understood why.

The cable is a great deal stronger than I expected. Based on quality, I'm surprised the price was this low. It was the price that made me suspect I would receive lower quality.

I once made my own snare for a survival course. Using pieces of inner bark, making "string" and then the snare, I did catch a rabbit and I was amazed it hadn't gotten away.

If I caught a mountain lion in these snares I would not be surprised to find it still there.

You may find something better on Amazon, but I didn't when I looked. Based on the quality, I'm very happy I ordered two sets.
