Bought so my partner and I could both be doing P90X on bands - the band set only came with a single door anchor. I was skeptical that the little plastic knob would safely secure the bands (compared to the huge foam doughnut that came with the bands) but not only did it work perfectly, but being much smaller it is much easier to insert into and remove from the door, and the plastic sleeve that contacts the bands themselves was an unexpected and nice bonus (don't know how well that sleeve will hold up, but I figure even if it wears out and I have to remove it, I'm no worse off than the anchor that came with the bands, since that anchor didn't have such a thing in the first place).

One note of caution: you do have to insert this right above the door hinge. The instructions for the doughnut that came with the bands says the same thing, but you might be able to get away with positioning it somewhere else, at least initially. I didn't bother to read the instructions and tossed the doughnut over the top of the door...which worked at first until the door frame started to crack! Because of the small size of the anchor on this door attachment, it would have been potentially dangerous if I had mis-placed it contrary to instructions (having the anchor suddenly separate from the door right in front of your face while you are pulling really hard = probably not the best thing). But if used correctly over the door hinge, I don't see how this could ever come loose unless the entire wall fell down.
