I bought this watch for my boyfriend and he loves it! It has two time settings so you can put in two different time zones if you'd like to, it has a stopwatch, timer, alarm, and tells you the day of the week and date. He likes to wear it when working out and just for a casual every day watch. His only complaint is that it gets dirty easily, but it's pretty easy to clean.

Also to adjust the time make sure the clock is on time 1 (hold the top right button to switch them), hold the top left button, then press the bottom left button to go through the different things to adjust and use the two right buttons to change them. :)
