A very basic, sturdy, jump-rope of good quality with light wooden handles. I misjudged the sizing (far too long for someone of my height), but I just adjusted it to my height recently by sizing it, cutting the rope, and tying the ends into knots for the inside of the handles. Easy as pie and is a great addition to my work-out routine. Good product.
