Very light shoe and breathable. When I first tried on the shoe I thought there was not enough cushioning, felt very flat and hard. If you tried the Reebok Transition Realflex's those have a very cushy feel to them. But throughout the day the longer I wore these the more they conformed to my feet.And with them being so lightweight the more they started to feel like slippers. Once the Ortholite insole conforms to your foot they feel great.
They have such a low profile that they are great for responsiveness and weight training because your foot is so close to the ground. Very flexible also.
