I usually wait till Amazon asks to write a review but not this time. I will admit when I first saw this product I was skeptical about purchasing it because of the horror stories I've heard others talk about these electronic muscle contractors causing permanent twitching with muscles. Not so, or at least, not in my case. (knock on wood)
I have been working out with free-weights for years and saw very little development in muscle tone or mass. Plus, it took hours just to get some blood pumping into them. So, I searched Amazon and found this Slendertone and said what the heck. I will lie not, for me this belt sucked my gut in down 2 sizes in 2 days. Mind you I had lost weight prior to use of this and it is not intended to be used for losing weight only muscle development. And the damn thing works!
