This bench is sturdy enough for my needs and the design is nice, but the pad is definitely skimpy!! It's at least a full inch SHORTER than both the base AND the vinyl cover. Disappointing. I bought another brand for a similarly low price (these are DEFINITELY easy to afford) and the pad on that one really puts this one to shame. I'm going to have to take it apart and re-pad it, myself. Glad I didn't just buy two of these to start with.
