For years, I have had an achy wrist that would last for days/weeks whenever I did weight bearing exercises during Pilates/Yoga workouts. I am a certified Pilates instructor and found it frustrating to not be able to perform all the exercises. I tried the push-up handles, etc., but nothing seemed to be decent.
