I already had the Step with only one riser and really enjoyed it. I had reached a point were I really didn't feel challenged any more. I purchased the double because now my kids can "workout" with me on the lower step (thus eliminating one of my excuses). This workout, done 3 - 4 times per week takes only 30 min for cardio step and 15 min for abs. Just saw my doctor and he said he had never seen anyone raise good chol., lower bad chol. and improve lipids/tryg. without medication in his career like I have done (he's a semi-retired older dr.). I'm 39 and hope to continue this regimine for many many years to come.

I own the blue-ish colored pair of these shoes and if there were need to sleep in them, I would! They are the most amazing and comfortable shos I have ever owned!! They form to my foot like a glove, yet they are super easy to get on and off (unlike the 5 fingers). I wear these every single day without fail.

2 things to note, however... 1) your feet WILL get stinky after a few weeks of wear, but throw them in the washing machine and then line dry and you're good to go! 2) you WILL feel the ground beneath your feet! I wore them camping a few weeks ago and I felt every rock and root under my foot. Now, this IS the point of barefoot shoes, so this is NOT a negative!! Rather, something to throw out there for someone who may be wondering. (feeling the rocks didn't hurt btw... there's enough protection from that with the Vibram soles).

They have awesome traction as well... I never slip or stumble, and while on the camping trip I walked along a narrow tree that had falled over a lake and the shoes gripped the tree like I was a tight rope walker.

Dont get me wrong I like this watch and its got a massive 52 mm case. My only problem is that its not swiss made like the watch in the picture , insted it says swiss movt. which means the movt is swiss but it was made in China and not subjected to the superior quality control standards of the Swiss. So anyways I checked the model numbers just to make sure It was the same watch and it was but I suspect the watch in the picture is a older version but since then Invicta has cheaped out and started making them in China to save money , but the retail asking price is the same $ 575.00 which seems kind of shady to me.
Since my original review amazon has corrected and updated their pictures to say " swiss movt " insted.

I also purchased their shirts so that the bugs fly around me but don't land. It's great to sit outside have a drink, walk around and not get attacked constantly. I've washed the pants and shirt twice now and still works as it should.

As a half-ironman triathlete and marathoner, this is one of my favorite recovery items. During my peak training season, I carry this around with me all the time!

I used to own the "marathon stick", which is a more flexible version of this one with yellow handles. I used to think muscle sticks weren't that helpful and much preferred my foam roller to my stick. I used to only use my stick on the go, since it was much easier to carry around and use in public than a foam roller.

But then I ordered the Stiff Stick, and I take back everything I said about muscle sticks being ineffective! This is a shorter, much stiffer version of the marathon stick, and it works waaaaay better at rolling out my knots in my legs! I'm able to get much deeper into my muscle tissue with this version. This tool has been invaluable with helping me get over plantar fasciitis issues, tight calves & IT bands, as well as just general muscle soreness from tri and marathon training. Anywhere my legs are tight, this stick has been able to help me release the tension.

Yes, it is fairly expensive for being just a piece of plastic, but I've found that regularly using the stick + foam roller ($40 for the trigger point) keeps my legs healthy and happy, so I don't have to visit my doctor/ PT/ massage therapist on an overly regular basis. So in my book, that's money well spent!

The only thing is that this particular stick is mostly just good for leg muscles. If you need to do your back or arms, other version of the stick are better.

This item used to be found in sports shops all over town years ago, it was very popular in gyms in the 80s, but I couldn't find it in any stores now (most places I looked didn't even know what I was talking about).
