These may not be the most flattering pants I've ever had ( I got a medium and they are pretty baggy), but they may be the most comfortable. PERFECT for my exercising or gardening needs. Loose, cool, with pockets, silky feel, sturdy, and fit at my waist with no sliding or needing to hike up. I'm a 57 yr old woman and am not trying to be stylish at the gym. If I were I would definitely have bought a small, but I got the medium b/c I wanted to be sure they were non binding anywhere. Very happy with this purchase. I searched the web to find knee-length exercise pants that were cool, but not tight. Perfect!
