This HRM is great. I use it for all of my workouts, and it is extremely accurate. Using this, a regular workout schedule, and an online calorie counter I have lost over 16lbs since Dec. 31st. I have recommended it to all of my friends (especially the ones who like orange as much as I do, because it's hard to find these in orange) and they have also been extremely satisfied.
