So far, this shakeweight has worked. I've been using it for about a week, everyday. My arms are actually sore, which means it's definitely working. It was lighter than I expected(i knew it was 2.5 lbs, but I thought it would feel heavier) and it kind of makes it harder to shake. But overall, it's cute and it works.
