We were at the top of the weight limit when we got this. We hate step aerobics but needed to add something new into workouts to keep the weight loss coming. This one was the only heavy duty one that wasn't over the top pricewise. I thought I saw some people saying it was a little flimsy in the middle? We don't have that issue. We have 2 of them. Of course the ends are more supported but I have no qualms about putting my full weight on it and my hubby jumps on the middle part and there are no issues. I'm not a fan of the DVD that comes with it, too much choreography for me but you can easily just take some of the moves you do like and do those to make your own routine.
