This item used to be found in sports shops all over town years ago, it was very popular in gyms in the 80s, but I couldn't find it in any stores now (most places I looked didn't even know what I was talking about). I wanted to get it for my son (a cadet at West Point) for Christmas and after much frustration looking for it I finally found it online. It is an awesome device to help isolate the bicepts and keep you from cheating any reps during your workout. I ended up ordering it a day or two before Christmas and it arrived the following Monday.
