I usually wear an XS in yoga clothing (Prana, for example; Hard Tail is either S or XS). This top fits me in a S, so I'd recommend ordering a size up from your usual. My other Beyond Yoga top is an XS and it is too constricting. The only annoying thing about this top is that it is loose below the bust, so if you are going to do any inversions you can expect to show off your belly and/or back.
