I am not happy with this product. In the 2 1/2 months I have been using it I have found several problems with it. First, the velcro on the chin strap has caused the cloth on one side to start fraying. 2nd, we noticed today that the plastic ring that is used to tighen the chinstrap is broken. I expected something that would last longer and hold up much better. As I said, I have been using it for 2 1/2 months. The most weight that has been used on it is 37 lbs, and when not in use, it hangs on my wall, so it's not like I have abused it.
