This massager wasn't at all what I expected. I intended to use it for trigger-point release on my neck, but in reading the instruction pamphlet, I was surprised to find that this is not even one of the suggested uses. I've never tried the "two tennis balls in a sock" trick, but I'd heard of it and figured this would be an easier way of accomplishing that. And, indeed, the two balls on this product are roughly the size of tennis balls, but they are not thick enough to just lie back on. I had to cup them in my hands to raise them up. Doing it that way, it worked okay, but I very much prefer the Neck King Hands-free Trigger Point Self Massage Tool, even though it costs twice as much. It's just easier to use.

I did try using this Accupoint on the spots recommended (pecs, quads, etc.), but I didn't find it to be very effective. The Neck King works better everywhere I used it.

Another issue with this Accupoint is that it is extremely rough where the edges of the production mold met. You'd think they would have polished this thing smooth. As it is, if you're not careful how you have it lined up, you'll scratch yourself as you roll across it. (See the video.) This issue, by itself, is reason to look around for a better product.
