When the product description says, "ideal cushion density" it is correct. This pad is very good. Lightweight, and just enough padding for the knee -- I use it for dance stretches rather than yoga. Note that they are $17.50 *each*, not for a pair. That just seems too expensive to me for what they are, which is basically a piece of foam, albeit a high-tech piece of foam. But I found no cheaper source on the web. I would give it 5 stars if the price were more reasonable, say, $17.50 for a pair.
