item fits great. i have used it for everything from 5K's to half ironmans. you have to push the Gu through pretty hard and ive ripped open one or two doing it, but i got the hang of it after a while. i love that it has cords and not buttons to secure the number. clips on easily and doesnt ride up. there is plenty of room to adjust (im very petite and had no adjustment issues).
