These are beautiful. Unlike my old hex dumbbells that are chipping paint on my carpet these have a hard chrome finish. Pleasantly surprised that they look just as good (if not better) than the Amazon pictures. I was concerned that the handles would be too narrow but they are a perfect fit for my hands. The curved contour feels great and the etching is just deep enough to give you a good grip without needing gloves.
