I bought this set because I am pregnant and wanted an easy, low-impact workout that I could do while sitting on the couch feeling huge and sickly. The set comes as it says and I agree with the other reviewers that the insert with exercises was difficult to decipher. My biggest disappointments and reasons for return were that the figure 8 band and circle band that I'd really, really wanted didn't have that much resistance. Everything seemed sturdy enough and I did try the ankle and hand attachments (but not the others). Both were fine. The ankle ones were nothing to write home about and I wound up balancing them on the balls of my feet to use them, though. All in all, I wouldn't get this product again. I think it's good in theory for attaching multiple bands to one hand/ankle/door thing in order to heighten the resistance but it just didn't "do" it for me.
