I had a pair of Hi-Tec high ankle hiking boots, and I have really liked them. This time I wanted a medium height pair. I would have never guessed I would buy pink/gray shoes, but they are subtle, and I really like them.
These are pretty nice. They are comfortable, really are water proof, and the insert pad comes out easily so I can insert my custom orthotics. The insert doesn't really have any arch support, so if that's a factor for you, you can easily get some decent inserts for support.
I do a lot of birding, and these are great, lightweight, and good for on or off the trail.

I've been trying to find a nice abdominal bench just like the one I like to use at my local LAF. Sadly there aren't very many real comparable options out there. I eventually broke down and checked out a local gym equipment store that caters to gyms and rich home owners. I found the exact one that I use at my gym. Unfortunately I needed to invest $800 dollars for a comfortable, stable, and effective ab bench. I gave up...until I ran into this product. So why did I believe this would suffice? I purchased the XMark Pull up tower / leg raise / dip made by XMark and it was rock solid. The quality was great and was sold at a great price. So I said why not to this ab bench. Just like the tower, this ab bench is solid, quality material, and comfortable. It doesn't equal the gym model but it comes very close at a much much cheaper price. Get it, you wont regret buying it. I'm 5'9" @ 260lbs if that helps reference its quality/stability.

If you are like me, you want to obtain maximum results in a relatively short time. Ana Caban's BodyBand workout does just that for me. I have been practicing Pilates for 12 years, initially in a class setting, followed by Videos and DVDs. This workout is always challenging to me. This may be due to the fact that I can increase the intensity by increasing (or decreasing - for abdomen work) the tension in the bodyband.

It is oxymoronic, but workouts with Ana Caban (or Moira Stott or Hilary Burnett) are *relaxing* to me, even if they are intense (intermediate or advanced). Knowing the Pilates "poses" in a DVD allows me to better focus on form, and correct form yields better results. I own approximately 15 Pilates workouts. This is one of my favorites and I use it often. I travel a good bit for business. When I do, I always bring this workout.

Length: Approximately 30 minutes
Level of Difficulty: Intermediate
Results: Consistent use of this DVD once per week will result in well defined biceps, triceps and deltoids; increased abdominal and back strength; and toning in hips, upper thigh and calf.

If Nike changed this design then it super worked for me. I have narrow feet with sky high arches. I'm a runner but not a marathoner just to put things in perspective. I got mine at Fleet Feet because of my special needs feet. I just can't walk into a discount store and buy what's on the shelf unfortunately. The lady at the store said I tend to put my weight on the outside edges of my feet because of my arches so I need a neutral shoe like this one to place my feet in the proper position for running. I can definitely see how this shoe would not work for a wide foot. It perfectly hugged my narrow one. Great cushioning in the heel which I needed and also in the middle of the foot which is my striking point (I think that's what the lady called it???) My old Nike Pegasus shoes, which I still love, only had that cushioning in the heel whereas this one is all over the bottom of the shoe. Good high impact shoe for my foot type. Hope this helps!
