These are what they say they are: 2 neoprene 8 lb dumbbells. The blue is as pictured, probably even slightly brighter than the picture. I can get and keep a very good grip (bare hands, no gloves) that doesn't slip. These are durable, easy to grip, and what they say they are.

Nathan Reflex Reflective Slap Band (2-Pack) Review

...the stiff metal band in the middle, coupled with the hard plastic edge of the covering and the inability to set a fixed tension point (the design ends up tightening the fit more and more as you run), render these bands extremely uncomfortable if worn around the ankles on bare skin, and not much better around the upper arm or (least uncomfortable) the wrist. I guess if you were wearing it over pants or a long-sleeved jacket it would be less of a problem.

I bought this product hoping to use it with my Garmin footpod, but alas the band is actually too wide to fit the footpod's slide-through belt loop casing, so I had to take a pair of utility scissors and trim a part of the band.

Now I will have to try and find an ankle band made of neoprene or some other softer material with a velcro closure or some other means of adjusting the tightness of the fit. Oh well, the pitfalls of internet shopping---not being able to try something on first before ordering.

My son has really wide feet. Sometimes I buy him an extra wide in New Balance shoes, but our last pair was a wide and were fine. These were not. They squished his pinky toe, and the Velcro straps wouldn't reach all the way across. If your kid occasionally takes an extra wide, these don't work. But they are nice shoes. My seven year old has big feet-size 7! It's very hard to find Velcro shoes for him that don't look "dorky." I guess we're shopping in the men's department now, and sticking to shoe laces.

Ok, so let me start by saying I got a pair of darts around a year ago. I fly through shoes, like every 4 months. I can't even begin to describe what these shoes have gone through. Running around 6 miles a day for a year, all sorts of terrain. Snow, ice, rocks, sand, water, pavement. I dare you to try and break these. Not even a thread has began to fall off these shoes. I don't just use them for running either, I wear them all the time, even before I hop on a skateboard, I have these. Oh, don't forget the different temperatures these have been through, from -20 all the way to 127. Death valley California all the way up near Canada. Ridiculous. Great beaters, they're light enough, just make sure you get the sizing right and these won't let you down. I hope you had the luck I had with these, still going strong and looking new after over a year.

Mizuno Men's Wave Musha 5 Running Shoe,Blue,10 D US Review

I've had the Musha 3, 4 and now the 5. The 5 is the lightest. That however doesn't necessarily mean its the best.
I thought the 3 was ok as a daily trainer. I got it mostly to have a lower Heal-To-Toe ratio that Mizuno's standard 12mm offset.
When the 4 came out I immediately got them and wow! The 4 is a really nice shoe.
The upper is just fantastic, it is like a spike since it has that "dancing pump" shape in the forefoot.
Now the 5, has moved from the dancing pump feel to more of a slipper, similar in construction to the Ronin, which I also have.
It is a little bit tighter in fit than the 4 or 3, but it is true to size.
Over all this is a really nice shoe but would I buy it over the Musha 4, no. But that is just me. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would.

I have been purchasing these pants for years. I just got a brand new pair and oh my! While the design/cut/fit is the same, the quality of the fabric is TERRIBLE, it is much thinner and with less stretch. Just to make sure I was not being picky, I took out my two existing pairs and confirmed that my new pants are made with very thin and less stretchy material. I guess Adidas has joined the companies who don't mind loosing customers due to lowering their quality. It is not that I want to waste my hard-earned money but I certainly would not mind paying a couple of extra dollars for better material.
DEAR ADIDAS: please bring back the wonderful high quality fabric that you used in previous jogging pants!

These are NOT WORTH A CENT. After four wears/four washes they are completely loose and feel like a size too large. I missed the return window so these are already in the donation box. I switched to gFast from GAP and so far I am very happy with the quality/design of those running pants.
