I'm 5'5" 120 lbs (size 4), and this [black] sweat pants look awesome enough to go out in the public. The material is pretty thick and I see myself wearing this year-round, especially in the winter. I absolutely love the fact that it has two decent sized pockets so that I could carry my iPhone or other items when needed. I'll update if the pants shrink after a few wash, but I'm glad that I took a chance on the small size (which generally shrinks too much) given its much discounted price.

update 9/29/2013: The pants have become my favorite lounge/gardening pants. I even appreciate the thicker material during summer because mosquitoes can't bite me through as easily. The pants held up well after many washes, so I'm ordering myself a white and a grey one in addition. The pants did shrink a little but not nearly as much as I had anticipated even with heated drying. I don't see the sales discount anymore which is a shame, but I just have to have more of them since I now feel lost with pants without pockets.

Yogi Tree Living Green Yoga Mat Cleaning and Enhanced Anti-Slip Instructions

To clean use a spray bottle, damp sponge, or cloth rag to apply a solution of two cups of water and two drops of dish soap to the yoga mat. Do not over soak the yoga mat. Wipe the yoga mat with clean water and rub dry with cloth towel. Hang the mat to air dry.

To enhance the slip resistance of the yoga mat sprinkle sea salt all over the yoga mat and rub it down with a wet towel. Follow by hang drying the yoga mat.

when the mat first came it was just as i expected,,,didn't smell like other mats i'd had before. perfect amount of thickness.

but when i had my first class with the new mat i was slipping in down dog. it was so frustrating. i couldn't hold it for more than 3 seconds without my hands slipping like butter.

i was about to return it until i looked online and found that this is common with new mats because of the thin coating then put in order for them not to stick together when you first receive it.

the coating completely comes off over time as you "break in" your mat, but another way to speed up the process is by giving it a salt scrub.
super easy! all i did was take sea salt, sprinkle it all over the mat, then take a wet towel and scrub it down. i left it out to dry for a few hours,,

i just had practice on it this morning and the salt must of worked wonders because i had such great grip on the mat.

so to anyone who first gets this mat and is slipping, don't give up. try the salt scrub, or you can dilute tea tree oil with water and spray onto mat.

i love the color too, it's so peaceful and the length is perfect for my 5'7 body.

i would definitely recommend this mat,,,,with a little love and care,,,it's become my dream mat:)

I was very sceptical of the claims made about these recovery tights, especially at the price they are sold for, but after reading the reviews I figured I would give them a try. I purchased these to wear at the end of the day during a 4 day 300 mile charity bike ride. The middle 2 days of the ride are just shy of 100 miles each. The tights worked phenomenally. I wore them to bed each night and when I got up the next morning my legs felt great. I have done the same ride in the past and woke up with sore legs before I bought the tights.The only down side I found was that the stirrups dug into my ankles a bit but that problem was easily solved by wearing a pair of ankle socks under the tights. These were well worth the money and I would recommend them to anyone that has sore legs after a workout.
